EPISODE 71: Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Educational Burst by Kitty Chambliss. Part of a new series, Kitty reviews various techniques that help ANY healthy relationship in short educational bursts. In Kitty’s book “Jealousy Survival Guide: How to feel safe, happy, and secure in an open relationship,” she discusses this technique that she learned from Marshall Rosenberg’s book of the same name. “I found this to be incredible – I think NVC should be required reading for humans who deal with other humans!
